1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ListenOwl.com (the “Service”), operated by Harena Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Harena Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
Prohibited Uses, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability

You may not use the Service:

In no event shall Harena Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
